Everyone is doing well with learning Ball Slam technique. Remember, keep the back angle straight, use the hips to drive the ball overhead, and follow it back down quickly into your starting position. A quick shift in the hands at the bottom will allow you to catch the ball on the bounce. If it doesn't bounce, you're not slamming it hard enough. Keep up the good work.
