Six Week Challenge

The six-week New You Challenge is a reults-driven program for people from all walks of life and for all ability levels. Build your fitness, have fun, make friends, and see measurable change! The program is grounded in functional movements, so you will learn all the basics you need to know for CrossFit.

We also want you to be able to see the payoff for all of your hard work, so we begin and end with data. We will take before and after pictures and do a timed baseline workout. We’ll repeat the baseline at the end of the six-weeks. We want to celebrate your success with you!
