Saturday Strength/Skill Work: Strength/mobility work.  Lateral Lunges 5 x 8 each leg. KB Sots Press 5 x 8 each arm. Skin the Cat 5 x 3. Rotate through the 3 movments. None of the loads should be heavy. Movements should be slow and diligent.

    Way to push that prowler MK! It's sad to think that the prowler actually looks like fun right now rather than sitting inside watching it snow…ugh!
