Saturday Strength/Skill Work: KB Snatch technique during your warm up. Press/Pull combos. Pick a press and a pull. Alternate between movements for 5 sets. Presses include any OH press, bench press, push up, Sots, push press, ring dip, etc. Pulls include body rows, dumbbell rows, barbell rows, pull-ups, chin-ups, etc.
