If you are willing to push maximum weight percentages for 1,2,3,4, or 5 repetition sets, stomp your feet. Good. You will get stronger. If you are not willing to push maximum weight for fear of getting "bulky" or any other reason, wave goodbye. The wave goodbye is to your chances of getting stronger.
