-3 Rounds: 15 Squats, 10 push-ups, 5 pull-ups

-2 Rounds: 30 Walking Lunges, 30 Dumbbell Thrusters

-1 Round: 60 KB Swings, 60 Sit-ups, 60 Box Jumps

-Run 1 mile
