Deadlift

Saturday Stength/Skill Work: Warm up. Then you have 20 minutes to find your 3 rep max. Deadlift and 3 sets of max. rep push-ups. Do your push-ups whenever you'd like during the 20 minutes. This indicates  you will do a fairly long WOD. Be prepared for a 20-30 minute effort.
