"Saturday morning crew hard at work"
We'd like to officially welcome Corey Lewis to our coaching staff. Some of you have worked with Corey on Saturdays. He will now be covering Monday/Wednesday 6-7 p.m. classes each week. Corey is an excellent coach and we are glad to have him helping us out.
Tuesday Strength/Skill Work: Single arm OH lunge 5 x 6 each leg/arm. You should work towards a maximum weight that you can hold securely overhead. Bent Rows 5 x 10.
