These pictures simply do not do justice for Robin. She has made steady progress since she's been here and the changes have been profound. She is strong all around and shows special aptitude with gymnastics. She jumped into her first competition and is already signed up for the Affiliate Cup in February. We're so proud of your Robin. Keep pushing.

There has been a change to the November Challenge. To be prize eligible  you must execute the L-sit. This is the only way to create a standard. With the Tuck Sit, there are too many position variables that affect the difficulty level. If you cannot do the L-sit, you now have a goal, which is more valuable than a prize. All October and November Challenge prizes will be handed out at our Christmas Party. The October Tie Breaker between Louis Clough, Jeff Larson, and Neil Zimmerman is still incomplete. Come on guys. Get it done and make sure it's witnessed by a coach. Good luck everyone.

Thank you everyone! I cannot tell you how much Crossfit has changed my life and my self image. I LOVE coming to the gym and working out with such an awesome group of people. You all are a blessing to me. It is neat to see the progress everyone is making. Thank you, Brandon, Herb and Dan for all of the encouragement. I will continue to work hard and make MORE changes.
