Ring Dips are so cool right? Well not if you're thrashing around tearing up your shoulder. Our new standard will be to turn the hands "out" at the start and end of each rep. The position will have your left ring pointing at 11 oclock and your right pointing at 1 oclock. This position forces some needed external rotation and promotes a good lockout. Develop your strength with any needed assistance. Work on strict diligent movement and you'll be on your way to getting strong on the rings.
