Recent circumstances have forced Raelynn Chase to step down from our Affiliate Team. We want to take a moment to thank her for her hard work and dedication to get us through to the Games! Raelynn has made huge steps in her fitness and to even get to a competitive level in that short amount of time was a remarkable accomplishment. Raelynn, we thank you for your excellence and support.
Melissa Hurley will be taking the spot to Carson, California. Those of you who train with Melissa know of her tremendous ability. Again, we have someone who has made huge leaps and bounds with her abilities. She will be a strong player for us and we welcome her to the team!
Thursday Strength/Skill Work: Back Squat/Jump Squat Complex. 4 X 5 X 3. You will do four sets of back squats and jump squats. For the back squats, use a working load for 5 reps. Then immediately strip roughly 50 percent of your weight and perform 3 jumping back squats. These are full range of motion working on max height. Also find time to get in 5 sets of half moons.
