Ready to Fight? We will start warming up for Fight Gone Bad at 10 a.m. tomorrow. Here at the divisions and weights. We are short on medicine balls so the 14 lb. ball will be replaced with a 10. Step-ups will be allowed in place of box jumps. Thanks to everyone who is participating. You are  taking part in a great cause.

Men's prescribed: 20 lb. wall ball, 75 lb. barbell, 20 in. box.

Men's scaled/Women prescribed: 10 lb. wall ball, 55 lb. barbell, 20 in. box

Women's scaled: 8 lb. wall ball, 35 lb. barbell, 16 in. box

Saturday Strength/SKill Work: Front Squat 5 X 4
