"Pulling Power"

Wednesday Strength/Skill Work: Deadlift 3 x 3, 3 x 2. After each set of deadlifts perform one set of max rep. strict ring dips or push-ups.

    Bridget… No band!!! Awesome! Stephanie was out hiking and picking up rocks to put in her ruck sack and decided to come by for some quick pull-ups. Is there ANYTHING she can't do?
