Donny Harris, Brian Rouse, and Dave Christensen have all been working hard and continuing to show progress. Their Front Squat, Overhead, and O-lifting positions are all improving. They took on a tough WOD where their gains in strength and flexibility showed a direct relation to performance. Remember the "Workout of the Day" is an expression of your strength and skill.
