Yes, it's that time of year again when it's a bit steamy at ol' CFVP, and we're not quite used to it. Don't wait until you're thirsty to drink water. Drink before you feel thirst, and drink often. We won't bum out if you take a couple of seconds during your wod to slurp some water!


Wednesday strength/skill: Open gymnastic skills. Work on getting that muscle up, kipping pull up, front lever, back lever, skin the cat etc…
