Please observe a few class changes. We have added a 5:30 a.m. Friday class. Gotta love those early birds! We have changed the times on our Saturday Metcon and Olympic lifting class. The Olympic Lifting class will now be from 9-10:30 a.m. and the Metcon will be from 10:30-11:15 a.m.

Tuesday Strength/Skill Work: Something new! Sumo Deadlift 5 X 5. The sumo stance is taken wide with appropriate angle out on the toes. The grip will be between the legs. This will demand a more upright pulling posture and more leg drive. Alternate with max. rep ring dips (strict) or ring push ups.


-One round of "Fight Gone Bad" with a twist.

-Each station  is 2 minutes with a 30 second rest between stations.

-12 minutes of fun!

-Wall Ball, SDLHP, Box Jump, Push Press, Row
