We'll soon be putting together some of the Affiliate Cup teams. This will give you a chance to try and coordinate some team bonding! Try and get into the same classes. Schedule a weekend run. Start preparing for battle! 

Saturday Strength/Skill Work: Weighted step-ups 5 X 8 each leg. Weights should be "racked" in the front. Alternate with Dead Hang Chin-ups. 5 sets of max reps.

-Run 400 M-20 Deadlifts

-Run 250 M- 15 Deadlifts

-Run 150 M- 10 Deadlifts
