Our next Athlete of the Month is Kelly Roethlisberger. Kelly has been working so hard. She faces another surgery to correct carpal tunnel syndrome. That has not slowed her down. She shows up each day wearing a brace and accomplishes her workouts with one arm. We are so proud of her dedication to keep working hard and making progress. Pics and bio coming soon.
CFVP is now offering early morning classes, 5:30 and 6:30 a.m., Mondays and Wednesdays. Get in and beat the heat.
Friday Strength/Skill Work: Deadlift 4 x 12. Alternate with work on PERFECT push-ups. The number of repetitions is not important. Work on form. Weightlifting skill: Hang Power Clean/Power Clean.
