Our holiday hours are as follows: Christmas Eve day and New Years Eve day will have normal morning classes and the gym will be open until 12 p.m.

Saturday Strength/Skill Work: OH Press/Clapping Push-up 3 x 5 x 10. Alternate with Back Squat/Jump Squat 3 x 5 x 10.
