A lot of times during WODS we can get into a rep rut. Especially with chippers. We break it down into manageable "sets" . How badly do you want it? We certainly don't condone working past the point of failure, i.e. extreme form degradation, but a big part of CrossFit is pushing yourself past your comfort zone.
Saturday strength/skill: Dead lift 5X6 alternate with max height box jumps
