Olympic Lifting



Some experience and knowledge of the lifts are required. For those interested in getting started, we offer an Intro program. These are scheduled on an as need basis.

  • Crossfit Valley Park offers Olympic Weightlifting specific classes.
  • Whether you want to compete in Olympic Weightlifting or supplement your Crossfit training, we can help you reach your goals.
  • Classes are 2 hours in length.
  • Check out schedule for class days/times.
  • Before attending a class you must attend 2 introductory sessions.
  • Introductory sessions are FREE.
