Ok let the booty comments fly but here we are just showing some great strength with Knee To Elbows. Strong work everyone!

We now have 17 people signed up for the Affiliate Cup Competition. It's great to see so many people ready to compete. We're still looking for more so come on…challenge yourself and represent your gym!

Friday Strength/Skill Work: Deadlift 3 X 3, 3 X 2. Alternate with clapping push-ups.

    Trust me, if I was paying Dan, it wouldn't be to see my stomach or my huge butt! Look at that thing…I could rent it out for advertising space!!
