You don't need exercise equipment to get a great workout. Moving your own bodyweight may seem easy but think again. We observe many people who have been using machines to build strength. When they are challenged with bodyweight exercise, the typically score very low.
Add some movements drills to your bodyweight routine. Movement builds strength, endurance, and bodyweight control. Add some bear crawls, crab crawls, frog jumps, and burpees. Do then forward, backward, and sideways. The more the better!
