Nice work everyone on battling "Fight Gone Bad" today. We had some huge PR's. We'll have some scores and pics up tomorrow.

Thursday Strength/Skill Work: Back Squat 3 X 3. Front Squat 3 X 3. Ring Dips 6 x max reps. Alternate through all 3  movements while adjusting weight on the Squats. Try to see what your percentage difference is between back and front squats.
