It's Total time again. Want to see how strong you are? On Friday, June 17th we will be hosting a get together for the "CrossFit Total." Athletes will make attempts at a 1 rep. max. in the Deadlift, Back Squat, and Overhead Press. We will begin throwing the weight around at 5:30 p.m. Come join the fun!
