Chris Abraham just completed the CrossFit Valley Park Total or mysteriously titled "Cayembe". The total is all bodyweight movements, one set to failure. Chris posted an impressive total of 347. He did 207 squats, 42 push ups, 66 sit ups (anchored) and 32 pull ups (kipping). Way to go Chris!
