Here's a nice short clip of some rowing corrections. He points out the most common error. Re-bending of the knees prior to arm and back release. Rowing, like other exercises, is improved with technique and efficiency, not sheer strength or strokes per minute. The rowing computer provides feedback. Use it when you row to find optimal drag settings and rowing rhythm. Listen to your flywheel! You can find many rowing videos on You Tube.
