It was great to see John Cochran again! Great job John and Kara with the shuttle runs. Shuttle runs are a great way to develop speed and agility. There is alot of work with acceleration then deceleration. Make sure to plant your foot on the last step and push off that foot to change directions. Trey and Tawn took on "Grizzly." Great job everyone.
