Big shout out to Jennifer Kahle. She is our January Athlete of the Month! Jennifer has worked super hard since the day she walked in. She started eating healthy and it happened. She walked in and looked like a different person. Not only has her physique changed, her strength, movements, and skill are awesome. She has been attending the Olympic lifting classes too. Give yourself a big pat on the back Jennifer. We are all very proud of you!
