Friday Strength/Skill Work: Warm up to include bodyweight squat technique. Deadlift 6 x 3 (no dumping!) Alternate with Ring Dips/Ring Push-ups 6 x 10. Mobility WOD cooldown. 3 Rounds, 8 OH Squats, 8 Crawlers.

  1. The guys at CFVP deserve an honorary engineering degree because they have built some finely structured backs! NEVER thought I would show up topless on the internet, but I am so proud to be a part of this amazing group of ladies – all different body types, all different ages, proving that anyone that puts in the work at CrossFit will be stronger, healthier, and more confident. I don't know any women that doesn't want that.

    Topless, yes, but tastefully done! NOTHING was compromised…only showing what we all work so hard doing day in & day out! Good work to all the girls at CFVP!!

    THE hottest group of chicks ever! I should definitely get to CFVP more frequently! Maybe then, I'll have a back ripped like that!
