Monday Strength/Skill Work: Warm up to include kipping technique. Good Mornings 5 x 5. Alternate with Renegade Rows 5 x 5 each arm. Some important tips: Try to work a push-up depth that is right for you. Slowly pull the weight off the floor. Don't "jerk" it. Try to keep your hips square. Don't twist as you pull the weight.
