Tuesday Strength/Skill Work: 20 minutes warm up including stretches, dynamic movements, skill movements, etc. Mix it up and keep moving!

-Rest Exactly 3 minutes in-between WOD's

12 Minute AMRAP- 15 Box Jumps, 12 Push-ups, Run 250 Meters

8 Minute AMRAP- 4 Deadlifts, 8 Burpees, Run 150 Meters

4 Minute AMRAP- 20 Squats, 60 ft. Bear Crawl
