Monday Strength/Skill Work: Power Cleans/Front Squat 5 x 3 x 3. On  your 3rd power clean, keep the bar racked and perform 3 front squats. Work on good positioning. Alternate with Renegade Rows 5 x 10 (5 rows per arm).

-8 KB Swings

-12 Squats

-Rest 2 minutes.

-AMRAP 4 minutes

-4 Pull-ups

-8 Push-ups

-12 Sit-ups
