    Flashback to one year ago, when I asked Brian how he planned to lose weight and get in shape. "I'm gonna stick to running…it's working great for me." If I would have been able to show him this picture from one year in the future, when his arms look about 50% bigger, and his stomach is completely flat, it would NOT have taken him another six months to join CrossFit! The red face and Roger Ebert chin, however, are another matter entirely.
