Monday Strength/Skill Work: Bent Rows 5 x 10. Skill work on the kettlebell snatch.  Find time to try 2 sets of Single arm OH squat, 5 reps each side.

Weightlifting: Introduction to the split recieving position. Barbell power cleans.


-With a partner, complete:

-1000 M Row

-50 Deadlifts (Male choice is #185 or #155. Female choice is #135 or #105)

-50 Burpees

-Meters and Reps can be partitioned in any number per athlete.

  1. I think that was me in one of those bloppers!! I swear!! straddling the balance beam or flying over the vault instead on it… I will have to watch it again. The 80's rocked!
