Information on the first week’s events for the CFVP/Bar X Team Competition can be found on the main navigation bar.
There will be no Olympic Lifting Class on Saturday. Instead we are blocking out time for athletes to complete their workouts for the competition. We will host an open period to complete the workout from 9:30-11 a.m. Please arrive on time. We may add an Intro to Olympic Lifting Class on Sunday. Stay tuned.
The “Skills and Drills” class went very well. Everyone did great and we need to do more! It will not be on Saturday this week. It will be on Thursday 7-8 p.m. This week we will work on jump rope skills, push-up technique, headstand/handstand mechanics. Conditioning will introduce everyone to the Prowler.

1. Jerk to 2 Rep Max
2. Push Press to 3 Rep Max
3. OH Press to 4 Rep Max
During your overhead work, take time to perform:
-3 Sets of Strict Toe to Bar or Weighted Sit-up (max effort)
-3 Sets of Tuck Sit/L-sit (max effort)
6 Minute Ladder
6 Box Jumps
3-4-5……..etc. Squat Clean
Score is total number of Squat Cleans.
