Workout of the Day
You will need 2 Kettlebells.
Every 2 minutes for 5 rounds
8 Double Swings/8 Front Squats/16 See Saw Press
-The See Saw Press is an alternating press where one arm is descending as the other is pressing.
Find your 5 rep max.
On the 5th rep of each set, OH hold for 15 seconds.
1 Minute rest between rounds
10 Back Squat (each round load increases)
Run 250 meters
