Warm up EMOM 5 Minutes

5 Push-ups
5 Squats
Remaining time each minute is in the bottom of the squat.
Work on positioning. All movements slow and controlled.

2 Part Pause Back Squats

Pause just after hips and knees break and just above parallel.
Each Pause is 3 seconds (have a partner count)
