Tuesday Strength/Skill Work: Deadlift 5 X 6. Follow each set with single leg box jumps, 5 each leg. Then follow with one advanced core strength move (levers, skin the cat, toe to bar, ab wheel, jacknifes, etc.)


-2 Rounds

-400 M run carrying a Kettlebell or Dumbbell (#30, #40). Dump the bell and run another 400 M.

    Shout out goes to Stephanie Teague, who placed EIGHTH in her age division in the St. Louis Marathon (saw it in the Post Dispatch) and 73rd overall out of more than 700 women!! I get tired DRIVING 26 miles, let alone RUNNING them…

  2. Thanks guys – and congrats to everyone else who ran/walked on Sunday – it was a beautiful day. Just glad I didn't have to run it with a 30# kettlebell! Looking good Mike D – great form.
