CrossFit Valley Park has added "Foundations" classes to the current class schedule. The purpose of this class is to integrate new athletes into our workout program by building up strength, skill, and conditioning. This will assure solid movement and confidence. If you are a new athlete you will be asked to attend these classes, log progress in your journal, and work on your flexibility. You coach will track your progress and let you know when you're ready to move into the other classes.
The "Foundations" class in not only for new athletes. This is a chance for experienced members to come in and refresh technique.
Tuesday Strength/Skill Work: OH Press 5 X5, Single Leg Skill Drills (pistols, single leg DL, single leg box jumps, touchdowns).
