There is no question the 2 most technical aspects of CrossFit are Olympic Lifting and Gymnastics. Would you like to spend more time working on these skills? One or the other? Both?
Tuesday Strength/Skill Work: Warm-up/Dynamic warm up working on jumping skills and lateral movements. Then complete the WOD. Spend remaining time working on skill of choice. Finish with at least 10 minutes of stretching.
