Wednesday Strength/Skill Work: Warm-up. Take 15 minutes to work up to a 3 rep max Back Squat. Take the next 15 minutes and get in 5-1 minute intervals of max rep OH Press. Use the same weight each set and do some mobility drills while you recover between attemps.
