Let's talk about progress. Christy Fisher joined here and immediately entered the "Next Level Challenge." She immersed herself in CrossFit and good nutrition. She ended up taking 3rd place! Just last weekend she completed her first Sprint Triathalon! She did awesome and used CrossFit as her way of preparing. All of this on top of looking muscular and fit. We're really proud of you Christy. Keep it up!

Friday Strength/Skill Work: Kettlebell ground to overhead. Work on learning the clean, press, and snatch. Alternate with Bench Press, 5 sets of 8. After each set of presses, work a pectoral stretch.
