"Leaving it all on the Floor"

After 2 weeks team CrossFit Valley Park stands tied for 1st place in our region and 20th in the world. This is absolutely incredible. Our athletes are putting up top notch performances. We are extremely proud of everyone.

Wednesday Strength/Skill Work: Warm up to include Jerk technique. OH Press/Push Press/Jerk 5 x 5/3/1. Perform each set continuously. Alternate with Weighted Lunge 5 x 8 each leg.

    Thanks Steph–you too. It was so cool to do that in a group setting. Everyone has such heart, and the guys were so awesome to judge for us too.
