"Learn to move..in all planes of movement"

The resuls of the "Next Level Challenge" have been remarkable in all aspects! We are so proud of everyone. The nutritional blog will continue. 

Monday Strength/Skill Work: Lateral Squats 4 X 8 per leg. Alternate with barbell Sots Press. The Sots Press is a difficult movement that should  be learned with very light weight. If you struggle with a bar, you can try single arm with a dumbbell.
