Kettlebells. Love em or hate em? This subject has come up on the CrossFit Affiliate Blog more than once. While CrossFit incorporates swings into their workouts, they don't go beyond that. Some feel we are missing out on many unique and effective kettlebell exercises while others thing they are mostly novelty. We recognize the benefit of variety and the unique design of the kettlebell can make things interesting.

For grip strength, control, and stabilization try the "Bottoms Up" Press. Grab a kettlebell by the handle and hold it upside down. Establish a firm grip. Keep the bell in tight and keep the elbow down under the weight. Press away!
