Kara run Tracy

Kara and Tracy got some 400M sprints in today. Kara is getting 6-7 consecutive kipping pull-ups and Tracy got #135 front squats for reps. Strong work ladies!

The class did a great job learning double unders yesterday and then endured a 9 minute kettlebell endurance cycle. Learning new skills is a vital part of CrossFit. It provides added athleticism, confidence, and fun. Everyone is doing great. Keep up the good work!
