Thursday Strength/Skill Work:

Warm up to include wrist, shoulder, and lat stretches to improve front rack position.

1. Front Squat 5 x 5. Alternate with Renegade Rows 5 x 5 each arm.

2. Power Clean/Squat Clean

    You are awesome Janell. So strong even through your cough attack. But I truly appreciated it during the wod so I could concentrate on, "is she gonna be okay", instead of, "I think I might pass out"…lol
