"Jake Vs. Josh Vs. Fran"

Thursday Strength/Skill Work:  1 1/4 Back Squat 5 X 5 alternating with KB endurance cycles. 1 1/4 back squats are performed by dropping into the full squat, coming up just above parallel, dropping back down into full squat, then driving  hard to extension. KB endurance cycles start with 2 kettlebells racked. Start with any press variation (single alternating, doubles, anchored, see saw, etc.) and go for 1 minute then hold the racked position for an additional minute.

    Super strong time Josh. I love how you have the ability to just walk around so easily after the WOD.

    Not to be a hater on Josh, but I am sure he knew a time to beat help push that intensity a little harder. The only way for this to be fair…Jake, you now need to do Fran again. I will get the popcorn. 🙂

    Geez, give Josh a second and take 1 away from Jake and call it even!! Somehow I don't think Josh is gonna go for that!And if I know Jake neither will he! Both you guys are MACHINES! Nice work!
