I've been playing around with some pictures from the weekend. There were certainly alot of holiday caloried burned at CrossFit Valley Park. Thanks again to our out of town visitors and Friday night madness crew. Great job everyone.

We have until 2009 to work on our goals posted on the "progress page". If you haven't been working on them, it's time to get busy. Good luck to everyone and start thinking about some goals for the New Year.
